Hon. Kofoworola Omole Welcomes APC Governorship Aspirant, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, to Ilesa East
A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ilesa East Local Government Area, Hon. Kofoworola Omole, has warmly welcomed the leading APC governorship aspirant for the 2026 Osun State gubernatorial election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), to her local government area.
In a press statement released on Monday, Hon. Omole described Oyebamiji’s visit as a moment of great significance for the people of Ilesa East, noting that his leadership embodies both vision and compassion.
“With all sense of deep honor, I, on behalf of my political associates in Ilesa East, welcome our leader, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, to Ilesa. We have long awaited this visitation, and we are delighted to receive you,” she said.
Hon. Omole commended Oyebamiji’s contributions to the development of Osun State, describing him as a leader who has demonstrated courage and integrity in public service. She also acknowledged the solid foundation laid by former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, whom Oyebamiji has continued to emulate in his quest to advance the state’s progress.
“Your service in Osun State has stood tall. You have carried responsibility with courage, making progress a lived reality rather than an empty promise. The impact is clear—in the lives touched, the opportunities created, and the future being built,” she added.
The APC chieftain further noted that the visit was not merely a political event but a celebration of resilience, service, and proven leadership.
“As you come to Ilesa East today, be rest assured that you are among your people—your family. We will accord you all the love and respect you deserve as a man of honor and integrity. Our incoming governor, you are welcome home, because Ilesa East is your second home,” she concluded.
