House of Representatives candidate for Ifelodun, Boripe, Odo Otin Federal Constituency in Osun State, Hon. Damilare Eniade, has expressed appreciation to party leaders, stakeholders and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) following the conclusion of the party’s primary election where he emerged as the candidate of a total votes of 6791, while also calling for unity ahead of the forthcoming governorship poll in Osun State.

In an appreciation letter released on Tuesday, Eniade thanked party elders, political associates and supporters for giving him the opportunity to participate in the primary election and present his vision for the constituency. He described their guidance, encouragement and commitment to democracy as invaluable.

The APC candidate noted that although the primary contest had produced a winner, every aspirant who participated remained an important stakeholder in the progress of the party and development of the constituency. According to him, the outcome of the election should not divide members, stressing that unity and reconciliation must take priority moving forward.

Eniade also appealed to anyone who may have felt offended during the campaigns and electioneering process to embrace peace and understanding, acknowledging that political contests sometimes come with emotional reactions and misunderstandings.

He further urged party faithful, supporters and stakeholders across the constituency to close ranks and work together for the success of the APC in the August governorship election, emphasizing that the greater task ahead is securing victory for the party.

Eniade maintained that collective purpose, mutual respect and inclusiveness remain essential for building a stronger party and a more prosperous future for the people.
