Muslims in Nigeria and beyond have been urged to continue to reflect in their daily lives the teachings and practice of Ramadan in a bid to live a better life.
This is just as the entire Muslim Ummah were congratulated on the successful completion of the 1445AH Ramadan fast.
This is contained in a message of felicitation to Muslims by the MD/CEO, National Inland Waterways Authority NIWA, Mr Bola Oyebamiji and made available to newsmen in Ikire on Wednesday.
Mr Oyebamiji who is also the Balogun Musulumi of Irewole, Ikire and Ayedaade Local Governments urged Muslims to continue their lives in the teachings of Islam and be at peace with their fellow humans.
According to the message, “I want to use this medium to congratulate the entire Muslim Ummah across the globe on the completion of the 1445AH Ramadan, it is my prayers that Almighty Allah grant us speedy answers to our prayers.
“I also urge us to continue in the lifestyle we lived in the month of Ramadan, we should continue to live a pure and holy life that will be to the glory of Allah.
“Let us continue to show love and affection to all humans, let’s continue to extend the hand of fellowship and harmony to all around us, with this kind of attitude, the world will definitely be a better place for all and sundry”. The Asiwaju of Ikire land stated.
