BANIK Hails Jamiu Olawunmi At 60

Former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Osun State, Prince Adebayo Adeleke (Banik), has congratulated the former Special Adviser to the former Governor on Education, Alhaji Jamiu Olawunmi on his 60th birthday.

BANIK, in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Osogbo, on Saturday , praised Olawumi for being a reliable and trustworthy politician.

According to him, Olawumi is a progressive politician who has always been committed to good governance and service to the people.

He also commended Olawumi’s contribution to the growth and development of Osun State in the last 12 years of the progressive rules in different capacities in the state.

BANIK recalled how Olawumi used his position as the Special Adviser on Education to bring about positive change to the state Educational sector.

He added thatOlawumi is a seasoned Journalist, administrator, politician and committed democrat.

“Happy 60th birthday to a progressive, hardworking, dependable, supportive, trustworthy and committed Muslim brother and core progressive politician of note.

“On behalf of myself and family, I wish Alhaji Jamiu Olawumi many happy returns of today.
