Osun Young Tech Founder, EMO, Announces Tech Scholarship in Honour of Late Father
A young tech founder from Osun State, Ejidokun Moses Oluwaseun (EMO), founder of Topnotch Tech Innovations Ltd., has announced the launch of the Ejidokun Elkanah Oyebisi Tech Scholarship 1.0, a tech-focused scholarship initiative created in honour of his late father.
Speaking on the motivation behind the initiative, EMO described his late father as a man of quiet service, integrity, and deep commitment to human growth. According to him, the scholarship is not just a memorial gesture, but a practical way of preserving a legacy built on empowering people through knowledge and opportunity.
EMO shared that growing up, he watched his father help people without seeking recognition. This experience shaped his belief that education and technology skills can serve as tools for liberation and long-term impact. The scholarship reflects this belief by focusing on young people who are ready to learn, grow, and stay committed.
The Ejidokun Elkanah Oyebisi Tech Scholarship 1.0 will run a blended learning model. Candidates based in Osun State will mostly be considered, as the program includes two physical classes every month and two virtual classes every week, a structure designed to ensure consistency, accountability, and hands-on learning.
EMO encouraged interested candidates who are serious about their future and willing to put in the work to apply and be part of the initiative, describing it as a journey of impact inspired by his father’s life.
